“We got up on Sunday 14 June 2026 to discover a water leak in our kitchen. Wasn't flooded yet but required the water to be shut off at the mains. In a panic, I started phoning plumbers advertising emergency 24/7 services to no avail. Finally, my daughter phoned and said "Call Paul Walters. He is highly recommended". So, I did. Without hesitation, he said "I'm on my way". He arrived in less than 30 minutes and went to work. He discovered that the leak was below floor level! He carefully removed a floor tile and a minimum amount of concrete around the affected pipe. After the repair, the tile fit back in place without any indication that there had been a problem! Not only was Paul extremely professional and efficient, the price was more than reasonable. And low and behold, it was also his birthday!!! Thank you for a great service Paul & again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! …”

The right job, not the biggest one
Before quoting, Paul looks at the whole set-up and asks what you want from the house. Sometimes the best answer is the simpler one.
“… What really impressed us over the other people who came to quote us was Paul went up into the loft to check what kind of set up we would need if we changed the electric shower to a pump set up. Paul also checked the water pressure in the kitchen and explained why the pressure was important.
Paul asked me and my partner what our long term plan was, whether it was our forever home (which it isn't) and explained that we could have a decent electric shower which was a lot more cost effective than changing the set up altogether, this was a massive part in why we chose Paul, he really cared about our plans and getting us the most cost effective way to solve our problem.
Paul was very efficient when doing the job and very clean. I would highly recommend Paul for any plumbing needs you have!”
